This update improves clarity in the “How can I purchase a subscription?” section by refining existing purchase options to better align with common user scenarios, especially for organizational and admin-managed purchases. It clarifies the role of Volume Licensing and CSP (routing customers to the partner directory), adds guidance on annual cloud subscription availability, and updates heading levels to ensure key sections appear in the table of contents. These changes improve navigation and decision clarity without expanding scope or duplicating “How to buy” content.
In subscriptions/what-are-subscriptions.md, correct the YouTube link text to capitalize "Subscription" and remove the "/en-us" locale segment from the Cloud Solution Provider link so the URL is locale-neutral. These are minor editorial and link fixes for consistency and correctness.
