Academic Guide

An academic advising and course-planning web application built with C# and ASP.NET Core Razor Pages.

These areas are represented in the source. This repository is an academic prototype; deployment readiness and all workflows have not been independently verified.

Local Setup

The project currently targets .NET 7 and uses SQL Server through System.Data.SqlClient. Review the database model and application configuration before running it. Keep local connection strings in user secrets or environment variables.

The configured database and required tables must exist for database-backed workflows. A framework upgrade and deployment validation are recommended before production use.
