Left/Right Alt (i.e. Left/Right Option) keybinds no longer work.

Describe the bug

Left/Right Alt/Option keybinds no longer work. You can assign them where the key is detected to set the bind, but when trying to use the bind, nothing happens. This does not appear to be a problem with other keys like ', , [, ], etc. that I have bound to other actions, it's just the left right alt/option keys.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set a keybind for the left alt/option key or the right alt/option key.
2. Try to use the bind.
3. It doesn't work.

(For clarification, I am talking about specifically using the alt/option key as its own action button, not a modifier for part of a key combo.)

Updated the title to reflect this is reported on all platforms, and not just macOS.
