A repository for our paper on SLiM 6.0.
This repository is associated with the publication:

It contains scripts and data used in that publication:
perf_tests : A folder containing the SLiM scripts (*.slim) used in the manuscript, and a runner script (_performance_tests.txt) to do all the production runs. For figure 1 (SLiM scripts with a filename ending in 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D), the scripts run under both SLiM 5.2 and SLiM 6.0. For figures 2, 3, and 4 the scripts that end in MT are run in SLiM 6 (MT is short for "multitrait"), and those that do not end in MT are run in SLiM 5.2. For figures 5, 6, and 7 the scripts are all run in SLiM 6; the MT ending here just indicates the script that takes advantage of new SLiM 6 functionality, versus the script that does not.
plot_results.R : A simple R script to generate the figures in the manuscript.
figure_pdfs : A folder containing the figure PDFs generated by plot_results.R.
