feat: Gab Estrela - implementation of Challenge 1 (UI/UX) and Challenge 2 (Backend Architecture)

Overview

This PR contains the solutions for Challenge 1 and Challenge 2.

Challenge 1: Pugify that site

• Focus: Visual replication of the provided design using a modular WordPress structure.
• Refactoring: Componentized the header and front-page sections (Navbar, Search, Announcement Bar).
• Mascot: Included the MeanPug mascot as requested.

Challenge 2: Data Architecture & Schema

• Focus: Backend organization and relational data logic.
• CPT & Taxonomies: Implemented practice_area, attorney, and specialization with relational logic via ACF.
• Stability: Added defensive programming to prevent empty UI containers (ghost headers) and built-in admin alerts for missing relationships.
