…ages

- Introduced `traducciones-js.md` detailing the i18n status of shared JS/TS packages, including findings, severity levels, and recommendations for improvement.
- Introduced `traducciones-php.md` outlining the i18n audit for shared PHP/Laravel packages, highlighting hardcoded strings, severity, and actionable recommendations to enhance localization support.
…0.20.0

…ared-i18n-react)

The i18n commit bumped shared-i18n-react/package.json (0.20.0 + auditEvents
catalog) without updating the lockfile; ci-js uses --frozen-lockfile.
…on compat)

ci-php does 'composer install' (frozen); without a lock these 3 packages
fresh-resolved laravel 13 + a too-new nesbot/carbon, hitting the
Illuminate\Support\Carbon::plus() signature fatal. Lock pins laravel 12.62 +
carbon 3.12.1 (compatible, pest-plugin-laravel ^3.0 caps laravel at 12), as the
other PHP packages already do.
