Docs-only sweep before the run-2 recording session. The pre-registration and its amendments stay the single authority on run 2; everything here points at them rather than restating them.

  • docs/architecture.md: the module map now covers the normalization schemes and the analyzer's scheme guard, degradations.py, paired_landmark_error, the symmetric Fréchet trace and paired_spearman_bootstrap; the scripts table adds the recorder, the pilot, the run-2 analysis and the power simulation; 'incomplete seams' reflects run 1's null result and run 2's status (its first bullet, 'V1 has not been run on real recordings', was out of date).
  • docs/TECHNICAL_SPEC.md §8.1 and §8.3: pointers to the run-2 pre-registration as the documented deviation.
  • docs/v1_real_data_runbook.md: run 2 doesn't use Steps 2–4; the pre-registration is the authority.
  • README / ROADMAP: run 2 pre-registered and not yet recorded; readiness items checked; test count updated.

Privacy greps clean.

architecture.md: module map covers normalization schemes and the guard,
degradations, paired landmark error, symmetric Frechet, the paired
bootstrap, and the four new scripts; incomplete seams reflect run 1's
result and run 2's status. TECHNICAL_SPEC 8.1/8.3: pointers to run 2's
pre-registration as the documented deviation (not restated). Runbook,
README, ROADMAP: point at the pre-registration as the authority on run 2.
