The spinning citrus now navigates to ResourcesView which holds AboutUsView and PrepBibleView.
PrepBibleView is basically just CocktailListView but with only prep items.
Otherwise it all functions the same. I also limited the alphabetNavigation to only include letters that are being utilized to reduce clutter and empty sections with headers.
I also recycled the cocktail recipe view borders for the recipes because they look nice ands they match the format of the recipes that show up in recipe view.
