- 50 pytest tests for src/smoothing.py, rotation helpers in character.py and mesh3d.py, glTF node matrices and mesh decimation
- Tests need only NumPy and OpenCV: no PyTorch, weights or camera
- New workflow tests.yml: lint (ruff, syntax errors and undefined names only) + pytest on every PR and push to main; the existing Docker workflow is untouched
- requirements-dev.txt and a short Tests section in README
