VideoCompress

It's a small tool to compress the videos with ffmpeg. You should build a dir named 'log' with 'log.txt' in it and a dir named 'dist'. You should also install tsc to enable the typescript. Run 'npm install tsc -g'. To run it, use 'npm run build'.
