This release reduces file sizes by limiting numeric values to 4 significant digits. Interactive heatmaps are now created with the heatmaply package and the script provenances are included in the SSC files. There are also cleanups in the analysis reports.

This release adds the GitHub script links into the provenance of the files on Synpase. There is now a file on Synapse that contains manual overrides for when the autogating algorithms fail. The DNA2n signal is now optional to support analyses of plates where the DAPI signals are not bimodal.

This is the initial release of the scripts used to preprocess, QA and normalize the Oregon Health and Science University's MEP-LINCS data. These scripts use v1.0.0 of the R MEMA package https://github.com/MEP-LINCS/MEMA.
