Rewrote the explanation of the new playoff seed pick and ban system fix grammatical errors, and also made it more clear and specific, and fixed some minor formatting issues.

The original explanation had some small grammatical issues ("the last seed typed played or any seed type have won on") but also could have generally been improved to make it more clear and explicit
