The upstream apps.obtainium.imranr.dev repo moved app configs from
data/apps/*.json to public/data/apps/{simple,complex}/*.json, which
made the parser silently return 0 configs. Resolve the apps dir from
both candidate locations and read JSON files recursively.

The upstream apps.obtainium.imranr.dev repo restructured: app configs moved from
data/apps/*.jsontopublic/data/apps/{simple,complex}/*.json. The parser was silently returning 0 configs (caught during today's seed import). Now resolves the apps directory from both candidate locations and reads JSON files recursively — 219 configs parse again.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
