Summary
This pull request adds Japanese translations to several sections of the README.md file.
Motivation
Patlabor is a popular Japanese franchise, and I thought it would be helpful for Japanese developers and fans to have access to key project information in their native language. The added translations aim to improve accessibility and make it easier for Japanese-speaking users to understand the project, setup instructions, contribution guidelines, and licensing information.
Changes
Thank you for maintaining this project. I would appreciate your review and feedback.
