P2 Badge Add coverage uploads before displaying the Codecov badge

The checked .github/workflows/ci.yml only runs formatting, linting, builds, and tests, and a repo-wide search finds no coverage generation or Codecov upload step. Consequently this badge cannot be updated by pushes or pull requests and will display missing/unknown or stale coverage; add an instrumented coverage job and uploader before advertising Codecov, or omit the badge.

P2 Badge Use Codacy's generated project badge URL

For repositories connected to Codacy, the grade badge is served from Codacy's generated /project/badge/Grade/<project-id> endpoint rather than the dashboard-style /gh/<owner>/<repo>/badge.svg path used here. As written, the new image points at a non-badge route and renders as a broken badge; copy the project-specific badge URL from the Codacy dashboard.

Qlty serves maintainability badge images from its generated /badges/<badge-id>/maintainability.svg endpoint; the human-readable /gh/<owner>/projects/<project> path is the project page and does not become an image endpoint by appending /maintainability.svg. This URL therefore renders as a broken badge, so use the project-specific badge snippet generated by Qlty.
