하루 한 번만 확인해서, 설치 직후 새 버전이 나오면 다음 날까지 알 수 없었음. 시작할 때마다 확인하고 켜 둔 동안 6시간마다 다시 확인함. '나중에'로 닫은 버전은 이번 실행 동안 다시 띄우지 않음. Closes #41
