The change assumed profile achievements only count pull requests merged into the default branch. That was wrong: Pair Extraordinaire x2 was unlocked by create-lesa-app#10, a feature PR merged into 0.0.3. Feature PRs into the version branch count, so the original flow stands and the CI guard that failed them is removed. docs/config.md records this so the flow is not changed for that reason again.
