Architected a Master Copilot Agent on Microsoft Copilot Studio orchestrating 5+ specialized sub-agents across different data signals into unified conversational analytics layer. Currently live in pilot with 20+ users across 10+ brand categories.

📱 InstiApp — IIT Bombay

Led as Project Lead of IIT Bombay's institute super-app (10K+ downloads, 5K+ MAU). Shipped a Buy & Sell module on Flutter + Django and integrated Dijkstra-based campus navigation. Grew userbase 10% in 2 months.

Built a drone swarm system using ROS + Gazebo for autonomous coverage with obstacle avoidance. Engineered a 3DVFH+ algorithm for real-time 3D navigation and an orthomosaic image stitching tool in OpenCV.

Owned end-to-end data pipeline: external ingestion → Databricks transformations → Power BI semantic models → Excel delivery. Cut time-to-insight from days to hours for 100+ stakeholders. Also led an RPA rollout achieving ~60% cycle-time reduction.

Processed 1M+ rows of industrial plant data. Built models spanning DecisionTrees, RandomForest, LSTM & Logistic Regression — cutting equipment failure rate by 10% and improving prediction accuracy by 15%.
