As Rust strongly encourages additive features, this pull request removes the
no-indexmapfeature flag and creates an (active by default)indexmapfeature flag instead.Note that the lack of this feature doesn't actually reduce dependencies (nor did
no-indexmap), asindexmapis a non-optional dependency ofzip.
