appliance / build-and-boot passed on main, run 36290439227, against the
chain published this morning:

keel verify exited 9: every layer matches
boot-test: first boot finished
boot-test: http://[fc42:...]/ answered 307 https://[fc42:...]/
boot-test: the forum answered 200, title 'Home | NodeBB'
keel diff: no drift
boot-test: nodebb boot test passed

COVERAGE.md and tests/README.md still described the check as failing on
the build time wrappers, which has not been true since the layer was rebuilt.
They now record the green run with its measurements (assemble 33 s, address
after 5 s, first boot 50 s) and the order the four defects came in, each
hidden by the one before it:

  1. the build time systemctl and service wrappers, which stopped the first
    boot at 10regen-sshkeys (pull request 1, then the layer was rebuilt);
  2. no apparmor profile on the test container, so redis-server.service failed
    with status=226/NAMESPACE (pull request 8);
  3. ssl_ciphers 'ZZ_SSL_CIPHERS' left unsubstituted, which stopped nginx
    (buildtasks layer_needs_ssl_ciphers, then the layer was rebuilt again);
  4. the first boot writing to a /dev/tty1 nobody reads, which blocked
    ./nodebb setup in n_tty_write forever (pull request 9).

Documentation only; no shipped file changes, so no changelog entry.

Test plan:

  • tests/coverage.sh unchanged and green
