Flips the inflate.yml diff-meta-root checkout, the manual_inflate remotes, the issue-template client link, the NetKAN.schema URL, and the README from KSAModding to KSP-CKAN.
Do not merge before the repo transfer AND the upstream client merge: the schema URL needs the KSA schema extensions upstream. The red Inflate check is expected: the PR runs the changed workflow, whose KSP-CKAN/KSA-CKAN-meta checkout only resolves after the transfer (and the upstream-image gate persists until the client merge).
