[Feature] Refresh project showcase priority

Summary

Refresh the project showcase so recent original projects are represented and ordered by portfolio priority.

Proposed Changes

• Add recent projects to the shared project catalog: MeteorVoice, junchen-meteor, TimeTracker, and idea-to-app-spec.
• Use an explicit display-order list so platform and companion projects appear first, standalone projects follow, and skill/tooling assets sit later.
• Adjust MeteorVoice copy to reflect its current early engineering status and real accent-provider integration still being planned.
• Update project page intro, SEO copy, and English/Chinese README project tables.
