Integration batch U (owner-approved merge mode, owner-requested history form). The branch was created from origin/main b5e949d (batch T); the member PR was retargeted here and merged through GitHub.
The member had GATE PASS (--member) with its reviews in temp/review-1253. It pins claude-code-headless at 487f029c (#66 merge, which contains #69). Merged after green exact-head CI and a recorded non-member gate PASS (see comments).
