docs: trim the reviewer note to the 2.8.1 follow-up - #225

2.8.0 is public on ATN (checked via the v4 API: status public, current version 2.8.0), so the note's premise — last published version is 2.5.x, this submission bundles 2.6 through 2.8.0 — no longer holds. The welcome tab, the donation link and unlimitedStorage have already been reviewed and approved; repeating their rationale only costs the reviewer time. 2.8.0 is already public on ATN, so the note no longer needs to introduce 2.6–2.8.0 or re-argue the welcome tab, the donation link and
unlimitedStorage— those were reviewed and approved with 2.8.0.What is left is what this upload actually needs: the two bugfixes, and how to reproduce and verify the XPI. The quoted SHA-256 is unchanged and still matches the built file, so the CI gate holds.
