Since this is an experimental library, I don't mind raising the Julia lower bound to 1.12. I'm not sure whether it's a problem for JuMP integration @odow? |

It might also be worth asking over in LinearAlgebra whether this functionality can be made public, and if not, why not. |

Actually I've run into people who still use 1.10 because it is faster than 1.12, so let's hold off on this for now. |
