`nothing` in `report_invalidations`

The julia-invalidations script currently crashes.

I think the problem is the same as in #447: inv.method below can be nothing.

Confirming this still reproduces on SnoopCompile v3.2.5 + Julia 1.12.6. Affects every PR's CI in the JuliaSIMD ecosystem (LoopVectorization.jl, VectorizationBase.jl, SLEEFPirates.jl, VectorizedRNG.jl) via julia-actions/julia-invalidations, which calls SnoopCompile.report_invalidations and crashes with:

Minimal local reproducer on Julia 1.12 (does not crash on 1.11.8):

Root cause is exactly as @schillic diagnosed: MethodInvalidations.method::Union{Method,Binding,Nothing} (since #447), but SCPrettyTablesExt.jl lines 35 and 38 still do inv.method.name / inv.method.file unconditionally. PR #460 already proposes the defensive one-line fix — could a maintainer take a look? Even shipping it as a v3.2.6 point release would unblock a lot of downstream CI.
