Postgres.load!(table, conn, name)loads any Tables.jl source into a table withCOPY ... FROM STDIN. If the table doesn't exist, it is created from the source's column types. The whole load runs in one transaction, so a failure adds no rows. (Add Postgres.load! to load a Tables.jl source into a table #37)Fixed
Postgres.cursorfailed (for example a statement timeout, a division by zero or a deadlock), the connection stayed in the failed transaction, and every later statement on it failed untilPostgres.rollback. A caller that caught a decode error and kept reading skipped that batch's rows. The cursor now closes and rolls back its own transaction when a batch fails. (Close a cursor and roll back its transaction when a batch fails #38)jsonandjsonbcolumns, andJSON.JSONText, are bound as parameters by their JSON text. They were sent as Julia's display text. (Bind JSON values as their JSON text #39)InexactError, and preparing the statement closed the connection. More than 65,535 now throws a clear error before anything is sent. (Bind up to 65535 parameters per statement #35)Changed
Postgres.Cursoris now aDBInterface.Cursor. (Make streaming cursors subtype DBInterface.Cursor #36)🤖 Generated with Claude Code
