Negative strides: the constructor rejects strides < 0, which the ndarray-1.0.0 schema explicitly permits (minimum: 1 / maximum: -1 anyOf) and which Python asdf writes for reversed views (arr[::-1] --> strides: [-8]). Would be good to accept these too (non-C-contiguous view support)
