I build and run infrastructure to see how the pieces fit together and how they actually behave.
Self-taught and hands-on: I stand services up, poke at them, and stay with a problem until it goes from "why?" to "ah, got it."
An enterprise Windows lab, scoped from the skills that keep showing up in real sysadmin postings. This is where I go past just standing things up: I break services on purpose, diagnose them, and prove the fix.
A taste of what I broke and recovered:
- DC discovery through stacked DNS failures
- Inter-site replication after a DC renumbering
- SYSVOL replication while AD replication stayed healthy
Hands-on with AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Windows LAPS, DFS and PowerShell. Season 1 complete, more on the way.
Started as a way to turn CompTIA Network+ objectives into something tangible, and grew into real routing, redundancy and service issues I had to troubleshoot along the way.
Hands-on with VLANs and inter-VLAN routing, HSRP and OSPF, ASA / DMZ / NAT, spine-leaf, VoIP and Wi-Fi.
A lightweight, cross-LLM learning engine I built to get hands-on with Python, PowerShell and Linux, with progression and state that survive across sessions and models.
