Tkinter doesn't play nice with multithreading, program crashes randomly and doesn't respond.

1. Rework the app to handle tkinter UI nicely without blocking on the main thread, instead of handling things seperately from the main thread.

Seems to be partially fixed, win11 checks added with auto close.
