Hi, I'm James

I'm an IT Specialist targeting Systems Administration roles, with production experience managing identity, endpoints, security tooling, and automation across cloud-adjacent environments. I've served as the sole on-site IT presence at a Pittsburgh-based startup — owning everything from IAM and endpoint management to building PowerShell and Power Automate workflows that replaced manual processes.

I hold a B.S. in Information Systems and document my work publicly where I can.

  • homelab Documented configuration for a self-hosted media and networking stack on a Synology NAS. Includes Docker Compose files for Plex, the *arr suite, Gluetun VPN routing, and Pi-hole — with runbooks, troubleshooting notes, and backup strategy.
