I think it would be useful to at least have an agents.md file so that usage of coding models is more efficient. I'm not sure if JS8 as a project has any rules on such things, so I wanted to ask/open this first.

Hmm, I'm not actually certain if we have an official stance on this... I'll have to take that up with the team at large.
