Bake-image local path for CSS serve demo (no AWS) #173

What to build
Hermetic fit writes a gitignored demo artifact; a dedicated serve-demo Docker image bakes pipeline.joblib so a local docker run (no volume mount, no AWS) answers /health, /score, and /drivers with existing serving fixtures. Leave the volume-mount serve image behaviour unchanged.
Acceptance criteria
- Demo serve Dockerfile bakes the joblib and sets the artifact env for startup
- Demo artifact directory is gitignored
- Documented local path: fit → build demo image → run → curl fixture JSON succeeds
- Existing volume-mount serve Docker path still works as documented

Implemented in #176 (closes on merge). Seam A: pytest bake prepare → FastAPI. Seam B: docker smoke without volume passed locally.
