Configuring Windows Language (System Locale)

The following screenshots show, roughly, how to configure Windows Language in order to use this library. This documentation needs to be improved.

MOST IMPORTANTLY:

Once that last setting is set, the primary language read from the GetSystemDefaultLangID (in kernel32.dll) function will return the desired language.
