Control and Automation Engineering student at UFU (Universidade Federal de Uberlândia), Brazil.
I build things that measure the physical world and turn it into data: instruments, firmware, and the Python code that makes sense of what comes out of them. Undergraduate researcher at the SMART Laboratory, where I develop open-source lab instrumentation.
Smart CNC Reader — a two-axis CNC instrument for automated spectral reading of well plates. Built around an ESP32-S3 and an AS7341 11-channel spectral sensor, with a TFT status display and a web interface. Mechanical design in FreeCAD, 3D-printed parts, V-slot frame, and firmware in C++/PlatformIO. It replaces manual well-by-well reading at a fraction of the cost of a commercial reader.
