Fignvim - Modify the 'FignvimReload' command so it properly reloads Nvim as if it had been restarted (i.e. Reloads all user config)

Reload currently doesn't refresh user configs.

Will probably need to rerun some of the same functions as in init.lua to kick things into gear again
