Document the tessera-api extension API on the public VitePress site: adding the compileOnly dependency, getting the service via Tessera.api(), querying availability, spawning blocks from ChunkLayout data, on-demand requestBake/BakeOutcome, TesseraBlockBakedEvent, and versioning.
