Switch expected `query utxo` pretty output from `TxOutDatumHash AlonzoEraOnwards<era> "<hash>"` to `DatumHash (SafeHash "<hash>")` for cardano-cli >= 11.1.0.0. Drop the legacy `node <= 8.1.2` branch.
