* Update tx-view golden files for the new `datum` field * Skip `test_tx_view` on older CLIs and drop legacy sanitizer * Switch utxo pretty-print expectation from `TxOutDatumNone` to `NoDatum` for cardano-cli >= 11.1.0.0
