Installation

Installation via requirements.txt:

$ python3 -m venv myenv
$ source myenv/bin/activate
$ pip3 install -r requirements.txt
$ export FLASK_ENV=development
$ flask run

for Windows development

$ cd Data-Preprocessing-Tool
