Add the supplied Universal Netlist banner above the README title and replace
icon.pngwith the supplied transparent logo. Both PNGs are committed unchanged. The README uses the banner's public image URL so it also renders outside the repository; the extension manifest and bundle build already consumeicon.png.Update the release skill with the verified

The skill validator passes, and both skill paths resolve to identical contents. The merge instructions were checked against the live account and rulesets.
