Routine post-release pin bump. v0.36.0 carries the two fleet-ladder widget seams: #822 (wheel events carry ev.mx/ev.my) and #838 (code_view styled spans), plus the -Werror=switch CI gate (#836). No opcode/ABI delta since v0.35.2.
Preflight: local suite run green against a clean build of the v0.36.0 tag before this bump.
