Automatically install pre-commit hooks

PS - I guess if we are going to initialise git for the repo, then we could also install the pre-commit hooks while we're at it. Just a thought. Maybe better to open an issue for that one

This is pretty simple, it just means running a uv run pre-commit install after the git init in the post gen scripts. One issue is it means it's automatically installing software on the user's machine, which is maybe a rude side-effect.
