not able to create a new app niether it is being redirected to where I expect it to redirect

I am being redirected to this link after login "https://api.icicidirect.com/apiuser/tradelogin", further it redirects no more, ends up blank check screenshot, also I am not able to change the redirecting URL, nor I can create a new app, this is kind of a deep bottle neck to use the simple api.
