Proxy server support for static I.P

This is a need for all client SDKs, not just java.

In light of the upcoming SEBI restrictions on API usage, especially the static I.P requirement, it would be useful if the client could support a proxy server. So the client redirects to proxy, the proxy to the breeze servers. If the proxy server has a static I.P, that may fit SEBI's requirement.
I believe Zerodha's kite api clients have support for a proxy server.

Btw, i haven't tried out the proxy solution yet, so not sure if that's the way to go. Just a thought.
