This pull request updates and modernizes the project's CI/CD workflows and development tooling. The main focus is on aligning workflows with organization-wide templates, updating action versions for improved security and reliability, introducing new workflows for better automation, and refining development scripts for consistency and maintainability.

Workflow Modernization and Alignment:

  • Added several new GitHub Actions workflows from organization templates, including block-unconventional-commits.yml, node.yml, npm-audit-fix.yml, psalm-matrix.yml, and update-nextcloud-ocp-approve-merge.yml, to enforce commit conventions, automate Node.js builds, audit and fix npm dependencies, perform static analysis, and auto-approve dependency updates. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

CI Dependency and Version Updates:

  • Updated action versions across all workflow files for actions/checkout, actions/setup-node, actions/setup-php, icewind1991/nextcloud-version-matrix, and peter-evans/create-pull-request to their latest stable releases for improved security and compatibility. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]

Composer and Development Script Refinements:

  • Updated composer.json to remove direct dependencies on phpunit/phpunit and psalm/phar, adjust post-update scripts, improve the lint script to exclude more paths, and add a new rector script. Also enabled options for autoloader optimization and package sorting. [1] [2]

Coding Standards and Tooling:

  • Excluded node_modules from PHP CS Fixer checks in .php-cs-fixer.dist.php to speed up linting and avoid unnecessary files.

These changes collectively improve the maintainability, reliability, and automation of the project's development and CI/CD processes.
