…lete Restore the schedule: trigger. Prep is done and validated: baselines seeded (#533), fetch retry (#535), App-token PRs trigger CI (#534). A pull-request-mode dispatch opened real upgrade PRs (k8s v1.32→v1.36.2, gcp v1.145→v1.152, aws drift) with CI running; azure/docker/gitlab/github stayed quiet. Completes #536.

Restores the
schedule:trigger now that all first-run prep is done and validated.Validated by a live pull-request-mode dispatch (run 28561104878): the App token minted, opened 3 real upgrade PRs — #541 (k8s v1.32.0→v1.36.2), #542 (gcp v1.145.0→v1.152.0), #543 (aws drift) — each with CI checks running (proving #534), while azure/docker/gitlab/github correctly reported no upgrade (proving the #533 baselines fixed the everything-added noise).
Completes the rollout tracked by #536.
