… timestamps

run_recipe returned only the first five forecast steps and the first three interval rows, so a time-to-alarm question past step 5 could not be answered from its output. Return the whole horizon inline, as the anomaly path already returns every label; responses over the Stirrup spill threshold still go to mcp_results/.

  • composition.run_recipe: add forecast (every step) and keep every interval row.
  • main.run_recipe: add forecast_timestamps (last observation + fh x median sampling step); the engine forecasts on a position axis, so callers no longer rebuild dates.
  • Test for the full horizon and the timestamps; docs updated.

Return the whole horizon inline, as the anomaly path already returns every label;
responses over the Stirrup spill threshold still go to mcp_results/.

- composition.run_recipe: add `forecast` (every step) and keep every interval row.
- main.run_recipe: add `forecast_timestamps` (last observation + fh x median sampling
  step); the engine forecasts on a position axis, so callers no longer rebuild dates.
- Test for the full horizon and the timestamps; docs updated.
