Mechanical doc-sweep fixes only: broken internal markdown links repointed to their real on-disk targets (all verified to resolve), and (nostr-websocket-utils) the README dependency list synced to package.json. No prose/positioning changes. Judgment-heavy staleness was flagged separately, not edited.
