What's new?

In this Pull Request I have implement a new velocity method that works asynchonously to compute bigger datasets optimizing computational time.

This new function is still EXPERIMENTAL and shall not be either documented or properly used by users yet, for now we will leave it there until further changin on until issue #21 is discussed.

Bear in mind, after this PR, we should probably start thinking on updating the librarys version to 0.2.0

Fixes

I have also updated the docs workflow to only deploy whenever there are actual changes on the documentation.

Documentation

Documentation for the introduction has been added, as well as new references to support the necessity of a software library like pywib.
